IMPORTANT: Please download and print the PCB replacement instructions below. Be sure to pair with the Kinetic Fit app and update firmware after board is installed. Once your new PCB is installed, we've found that it's best practice to plug your trainer into a power strip that can be zip tied to a frame leg or positioned behind the unit. You'll then be able to flip the switch on the power strip and avoid wear and tear on the PCB by constant plugging/unplugging.
